Shipping policy

Order IN STOCK ITEMS by Tuesday 16th December 2025 for Christmas delivery. 

We will be in touch if your item is not in stock or cannot be delivered before Christmas. 

 

Order processing times:

Processing times are currently 1 - 3 working days unless otherwise stated. We will be in touch by email or telephone if your order will take longer to process.

Delivery charges:

Delivery charges are calculated on the weight of the item and distance from our Chippenham store (SN14 0RL). We deliver to UK mainland only.

All items up to 100g will have a delivery charge of £2.99, unless otherwise stated.

Items between 100g - 2kg will have a delivery charge of £4.99.

Items between 2kg - 10kg will have a delivery charge of £9.95.

Items between 10kg - 20kg will have a delivery charge of £15.00.

Items 20Kg to 100Kg have a delivery charge of £32.95.

All items above 100Kg will incur a delivery charge of £150.00.

Approximate courier times:

After we have processed your order in store, these are the typical courier shipping times:

Standard courier deliveries will sent on 48 hour shipments as standard.

Larger items will be sent by pallet which will be 3-5 working day shipping. 

Free local delivery:

We offer free local delivery on orders over £1500 (within 25 miles of SN14 0RL). If you are local to the store and have ordered a lawnmower or ride on mower but this is under £1500, please contact the store as we may be able to deliver this alongside our drivers deliveries.

Collect in store:

Please note you have 14 days to collect your order before we process an automatic refund. If you need longer than this please email office@johnmillerltd.co.uk and we can update your collection date for you. 

Non UK delivery:

Delivery to British Isles, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and parts of Europe may be possible, but please contact office@johnmillerltd.co.uk first for confirmation and a quotation.
