Eliet E401 Scarifier

The Eliet E401 heavy duty scarifiers are an excellent, robust, quality machine at a reasonable price. 40kg in weight, 40cm working width with a depth adjuster, front and rear. A high quality, Briggs and Stratton XR550 engine is fitted as standard (Honda option is available).

Using a scarifier twice-yearly (spring and autumn) will dramatically improve your lawn over time by allowing the grass to spread and grow stronger. Aerating the lawn improves the supply of nutrients to the soil. You can use a moss killer/lawn feed in conjunction with removing moss and thatch with a scarifier.
